Scenario Editor

The Scenario Editor gives the instructor full control over creating, modifying and executing scenarios that faithfully portray environments typically found in a crane’s operational environment. The editor provides the capability to generate an unlimited number of training scenarios for use in a curriculum.

The instructor interface to the Scenario Editor is an easy to use intuitive Graphic User Interface (GUI) that provides the instructor the flexibility of point and click editing. The scenario may be populated with various loads and obstacles including:

  • Training Area (job site)
  • Cranes
  • Obstacles
  • Environmental Conditions
  • Vehicle and pedestrian traffic
  • Loads

Environmental Model:

The weather in the training system can be changed by the instructor to provide additional challenge for an operator. The following conditions can be modified.

8. Time of day


1. Wind speed (0-60 mph)

2. Wind gust speed (0-40 mph)
