Warranty

Probility VR highly recommends a Service and Support Plan (SSP) with the purchase of any simulator. The SSP is Probility VR’s extended warranty program and is our commitment to providing world class support to our simulation system customers. Customers can select between the different levels of support to suit their needs: Basic Care, and Premium Care.

Standard Warranty

Basic care includes the following items:

  • Unlimited Online/Email/Phone Support
  • Discounted Parts and Labor
  • Software Updates - Patches and bug fixes
  • Full hardware and software warranty

Premium Care

  • Unlimited Online/Email/Phone Support
  • Software Updates - Patches and bug fixes
  •  Full hardware and software warranty
  • Overnight spare part replacement. If a unit is not functioning, Probility VR will help diagnose the problem. If a part has failed, Probility VR will overnight ship a spare part to your training site.
  • Obsolescence warranty of system components. If a part for the simulator is no longer commercially available, Probility VR will upgrade the system to use a new replacement part.
  • PC replacement every three years
  • VR headset replacement every three years

If any component fails Probility VR will work to ensure that the Portable VR crane simulator training system is always available and always running with the latest hardware and software.
